- Being inactive or lacking exercise: If you are always seating and not doing anything then chances are you will cause some problems in your body that can manifest as that humming or buzzing sound in your ear.
- Poor dietary techniques: Alcohol and junk food have also been know to contribute to this condition. Cut back on the alcohol and try to eat vitamin rich foods.
- Exposure to loud sound or loud noise in ears: Some of the causes of ringing in the left ear can be cause by being at a concert, night club or through being exposed to loud sound like rock music.
- Childhood Surgery: You might have had something things inserted into your ears during some medical examinations when you were young. This could possibly have affected the internal parts and could also be causing headaches and irritation. If this is the cause then it should be attended to as soon as possible because it will continue to get worse.
